Overview of the Project

Chelsea Creek is a unique and sustainable green neighborhood designed from the outset to be fully harmonized with its natural and local surroundings. Chelsea Creek will provide a range of residential and commercial options to encourage a more socially diverse and dynamic community. Its proposed mix will retail and office amenities, a retirement home, live-work units, condos, semis and well-appointed single family housing.

The commercial portion of the development is approved for 60,000 SF + of office and retail space along with infill residential dwellings geared at artists, self employed and professionals. The first commercial building is underway and slated for delivery for its new tenants, Desjardins (Caisse de Hull) and Proxim Pharmacies, for the summer of 2011.
