Built on a platform of sustainability and sound planning principles, this small villagelike community will support a healthy, green lifestyle while remaining a sound economic force for residents and the larger Chelsea community. Designed to complement the Chelsea Master Plan, it will fill gaps identified by the municipality while broadening the connectedness and prosperity of the community as a whole.
